Sweet Meadow is a family owned and operated company. We and our five children work hard to give the very best to our own animals, and in return they give us great joy. Every bag is hand-packed with care for our pets and yours! We take pride in offering premium products for small animals.

We have many animals at our farm, and we care for and love them because they are part of the family. Throughout the past 24 years, we have rescued hundreds of animals from abuse, neglect, starvation and injury.

We are proud of the work we have done rescuing animals throughout our history, particularly the work we have done with rabbit rescues. Throughout the years, Sweet Meadow Farm has hosted rabbit rescue organizations, raising awareness and giving exposure to the public for rabbit adoptions. We have generously donated free feed and hay.

The genesis of creating our much-beloved rabbit food was due to Patty being unable to find high-quality of food for her own beloved rabbits. To this day, Patty continues to ensure that her rabbit foods are of the highest quality and her rabbits get to try it out first. Needless to say, they are some of the happiest rabbits around.

One of Patty & Al's beloved rabbits was even chosen to be on the cover of the book, "Your Rabbit," a huge compliment and a nod to the health and happiness of their rabbits.

Sweet Meadow Farm was established in the late 1980's. Our Company began with a need for products to supply our own rabbits, both show and domestic. We demanded fresh supplies of the highest quality with consistent ingredients for our rabbits and guinea pigs.

The products that we feed our own rabbits and guinea pigs are from small runs of feed, made often for the freshest rotation. Our hay is harvested from specially selected fields and brought directly to our animals. This consistently assured the highest quality of nutrition and freshness. As word traveled about the quality of our feed, hay and pellets, others wanted this freshly packed, healthy alternative for their own rabbits. We began selling out of our home on a small scale shortly thereafter. Our customers' strong desire for quality, variety and freshness is how Sweet Meadow began its presence in pet stores.

Natural Harvest is our newest line, designed to complement the product offerings of Sweet Meadow's pellets and hay.
