Weekday Animal Science:
9–11 AM, $300 per week
Spend a week at Sweet Meadow Farm feeding, playing and learning how to take care of animals such as Deer, Wallaby, Emu, Baby Cows, Goats, Chickens and baby chicks, Guinea Pigs, Bunnies, Hamsters, Ferret, Mini Ponies, and Horses, this animal science program tailored to children ages 4-12.
For our weekend Animal Science program visit Barn Buddies.
each day:
We start the day by feeding all the barnyard animals’ breakfast, and then we groom and learn to walk the miniature horses on a lead line. Then we head over to the small animal room for hands-on learning. Children will learn how to properly hold all the different small animals, how to properly feed and care for them, and how to create a fun and clean habitat for the little critters. On Friday, parents are welcome to watch their children demonstrate what they have learned during the week.
