A perfect program for animal lovers and horse enthusiasts!
Your child will enjoy a riding lesson followed by a unique and exciting hands-on animal science experience. They will feed, groom, and care for our friendly barnyard and exotic animals (including a miniature kangaroo, a baby fallow deer and a tortoise), and our small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils and ferrets). They will also have access to our bird room where they can hold and feed our birds, all this in a safe environment.
This drop-off program runs from 1:00pm – 3:00pm, from September to June, and on Town scheduled early dismissal days.
Riders must be dressed appropriately with pants/jeans out of soft, stretchable fabric and shirt/sweater that will not restrict your movements. Wear closed shoes/boots. It is possible to borrow shoes with a small heel for riding and helmets.
If you don't see an early release day listed below, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and see if the day is available. Thanks.
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of registration. Sweet Meadow Farm does not give credit and/or refunds if participants miss or cancel any of the programs’ classes.
