WEBSITE REFUND POLICY If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send an e-mail to al@sweetmeadowfarm.com , We will review the issue and choose a reasonable course of action. We will either offer to ship a replacement or refund for the purchase price of the hay. Due to the nature of hay and the varying opinions of it, please understand that shipping bulk hay as in 9, 14 & 36 lb boxes is a risk. Also know that the bulk hay is shipped as it is off the field and each flake from the bale is not broken up and inspected as with our smaller packages. Refunds will be given on the purchase price of the hay without having to ship the hay back, but refunds may or may not include the shipping cost paid by the customer based on the issue with the hay. We sincerely try to be fair with our refund policy, and I ask that, as a customer that you also try to do the same.
