Pets & Ponies Camp

Sessions available June-August 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, see dates below.

Ages 4-13. 

Spend the day with our wide variety of animals. Over 100 barnyard, domestic, and exotic animals call Sweet Meadow Farm home! Our residents include a wallaby, potbelly pigs, baby goats, rabbits, an emu, and more! Campers will learn proper care an handling of all our animals. 

‚ÄčEach student will receive a pony ride. 

‚ÄčCampers will also meet our spring babies, which usually include goats, bunnies, puppies, kittens, chickens, guinea pigs, and piglets. Fun activities include learning to garden, harvesting vegetables, making butter, field games, making animal treats, and plenty of animal interaction! 

Friday, parents are invited from 1:30-2:30pm to see their child's progress in our student horseshow! 

Additional Programs 

Painting is a great addition to your Summer Camp Week! For an additional $30 kids can join our two-day painting class. The class includes two, one-hour sessions, all supplies, and a knowledgeable instructor. They will be guided step-by-step to create a beautiful farm-scene to take home and display proudly! 

Video and Pictures is our need addition to Summer Camp. Your camper will be the star of their own video showing the activities that participate in at camp. You will receive a USB with both the video and still pictures of their week at camp. 

Vaulting is most often described as gymnastics and dance on a horse. While at camp your camper can take a vaulting lesson to learn some vaulting skills. Vaulting is a great way to work on balance muscle condition, and confidence. 

Extra lesson to be taken while at camp. This is limited to availability in the riding schedule.

Please email the office at info@sweetmeadowfarm to add any of the additional programs to your camp week! 

  • All campers must bring 2, nut-free, healthy snacks and a bottle of water
  • New this year lunch will no longer be; All Campers must pack their own lunch, or Lunch can be purchased for $5 a day which includes 2 slices of pizza from Liberty's Pizza in Natick, Carrots, Pretzels and Water. 
  • Before coming to camp, we will need an updated physical / vaccinations from each one of our students in order for them to participate in our camp activities. Please email a copy to the office at Any Camper without all their paperwork will not be able to participate in any of the activities until we receive it in the office.
  • Extended day offered from 3:00pm-5:00pm for an extra fee ($45 p/day)
  • Early morning drop off available from 8:30am-9:00am for an extra fee ($10 p/day)
  • A riding lesson scheduled between 3:00pm-5:00pm can be added for regular price, please call for availability

There will be no refunds. Please be aware of this when signing up for summer program. A $25 fee will be charged for switching registration dates.

This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local board of health.
